Begin with a Usable Requirement
Start with the application, specification, quantity, destination, schedule, required standards or documents, and known commercial constraints. NTI organizes these inputs and identifies points needing clarification.
Supplier Identification and Initial Screening
NTI can seek potential sources and request company, product, quality, production-scope, and reference documents relevant to the project. Screening supports further review; it is not certification or a supplier-performance guarantee.
RFQ Management and Quotation Comparison
NTI can coordinate RFQs, collect responses, and compare scope, exclusions, documents, lead assumptions, warranty language, and delivery terms. Material differences remain visible for buyer review.
Inspection and Export-Document Coordination
When requested, NTI can coordinate buyer-defined inspection activities or communication with an independent provider, and organize supplier documents and shipment information for review.
Customs, Tariff, and Regulatory Boundaries
NTI may collect descriptions, specifications, origin information, and other inputs for preliminary customs or tariff review. The importer and qualified customs, legal, tax, or regulatory professionals must confirm HS Code (Harmonized System code), duty, admissibility, licensing, and final compliance.
