NTI supports communication and document flow among buyers, suppliers, inspection providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other responsible parties. The service is coordination support, not a substitute for a carrier, licensed customs broker, legal adviser, tax adviser, or regulatory authority.
Useful inputs include the commodity description, quantity, package count, dimensions and weights, pickup and destination points, readiness date, handling constraints, dangerous-goods status if applicable, required Incoterms (International Commercial Terms), and documents available from the supplier.
NTI can help organize commercial and packing information, supplier-provided product documents, origin information, and shipping instructions for review by the relevant parties. The issuer of each document remains responsible for its accuracy and authority.
NTI can coordinate requests for freight options and communicate shipment details, packing information, readiness, and document requirements. Routing, availability, transit estimates, charges, carrier conditions, and cargo acceptance remain subject to the forwarder and carrier.
NTI may help gather technical descriptions and supplier information for preliminary tariff or customs review. It does not guarantee an HS Code, duty rate, exemption, admissibility, clearance outcome, or regulatory compliance. The importer should confirm these matters with licensed brokers and qualified advisers in the destination country.
Early review can reveal missing dimensions, weights, packaging, origin data, certificates, or destination requirements before shipment. Send the available order and cargo information with the responsible forwarder or broker contacts, if already appointed.
